Very high CPU sage on all cores, when many connections going through tun mode, starting from 1.0.13 version.

When, for example, torrenting through tun mode of Throne 1.0.13, it starts eating all CPU resources on all cores (mobile Intel Ivy Bridge CPU in my case, 2-core with SMT), Just in case, I downgraded to version 1.0.11, and CPU usage all-right with the sane settings, tun mode etc. Same CPU hogging happens with 1.1.0-beta.

Reproduction

1. Start Throne 1.0.13/1.1.0-beta.
2. Start Tun mode with profile.
3. Run qbittorrent through it.
4. Expect extremely high CPU usage (that does not happens with Throne 1.0.11)

I just want to note that this CPU usage issue introduced with specific Throne version, so there is regression.
