I updated the software from version 1.0.8 to version 1.0.12 and version 1.0.13, but the vmess protocol does not work in either of these two versions, while it works on 1.0.8.

Try re-importing your configs to see if the issue is solved. It would be helpful if you could provide the shared link of your config in both versions (with sensitive data replaced with dummys)
