R&D with aim to rework/improve gateway module

While doing some testing earlier, the gateway seemed to transfer blocks to a syncing node at 600-700 MB/s (syncing machine rejected a block causing an infinite loop). Given that peer discovery also works (in cases where the node being discovered is publicly reachable), the main improvements here would be automated local network service discovery imo, since now multiple local nodes contend for the same peers/connections
