Support for pseudo-postcodes #13
Description
The postcode registry has space for pseudo postcodes, which begin with ZZ99 and can be used to represent people with address unknown or with addresses abroad. A full list of pseudo postcodes is available here.
I would like to see these postcodes treated as valid postcodes. I am happy to write the PR myself if it is decided this change should be included.
