After a discussion with Brendan we thought it might be useful to start thinking about increasing the span of titles captured in the automated dissemination runs, in order to capture backlist titles as well as e.g. "All works published in preceding month" or "All works published since last run".
Currently, Hannah manually manages backlist title distribution via a spreadsheet, but as publisher and title numbers increase, could there be a way of adding a catchup function to capture all of those backlist titles previously not submitted to platforms in auto runs?
