Start using Github tags for releases #103

Description

@Dave-Allured

Please start creating Github tags for new releases. This will help downstream repositories track your releases and avoid version confusion. A Github tag creates an exact relationship between a version number and an exact point in your repo's commit history, also known as a "commit hash".

I recommend method 2 using the Github web interface.
