[FR] Basic Matrix support

I know it’s not possible to have the same level of integration in Matrix, but some basic features would be really great. Many users are now migrating from Discord for obvious reasons, and Matrix is self-hosted and open-source—but it doesn’t get enough love (because it’s kind of a mess to develop anything there, yet still, no love).

im not sure how annoying matrix is to dev a bot for but yeah +1 matrix is the new way

I have looked in to this a bit, the hardest part is matrix being only chat based so you wont be able to select a movie like on discord etc it doesnt understand those dropdown select boxes so it needs to be re worked from the core for it to work with matrix
