[FEATURE] Add Discord Requestor Tag to Radarr/Sonarr/Ombi

When a user requests content through Discord integration, automatically add their Discord username as a tag in the corresponding Radarr, Sonarr, or Ombi request. This would allow administrators to easily track who requested specific content and improve accountability and communication with requestors.
Use Case:

• User @johndoe requests a movie through Discord bot
• The request appears in Radarr/Sonarr/Ombi with a tag showing "Requested by: @johndoe"
• Admins can quickly identify and contact the requestor if needed

Expected Behavior:
Discord username should be preserved and displayed as metadata in the downstream application (Radarr/Sonarr/Ombi).

This is something I have on my list to implement, it would be great to have tags to show on a request through those apps, as a added note, marking things as to delete with a tag.

Side note: An option for anyone looking for the moment is to consider using Overseerr/Jellyseerr/Seerr or Ombi as they use account tracking for requests when setup.

this only works on Seerr as both Overseerr and Jellyseerr havent fixed their update for new radarr sonarr tag validation so if the tag doesnt excist for that user it will fail the request in the step overseerr -> radarr/sonarr

i have implemented logging like this in #92
also with Seerr now being fully released and Overseerr / Jellyseerr being depricated if you use Seerr just enable Tag Requests under setting -> services, then also make sure to link discord users to Seerr as stated here #64 (comment)
