Using Dim with inverted colors accessibility option brightens the screen

I use my iDevices a lot in complete darkness and often invert the colours of the screen while I read stuff with white background.
I understand that Dim is basically a black coloured transparent layer.
When the device switch to Invert Colors, in my case when tripple clicking the home button, Dim's layer is included in whats being inverted and results in a bright gray shade across the screen.

Maybe make Dim detect when the device change to inverted colours and switch to a white transparent layer instead, which would be inverted to its correct dark shade?
