"Enable ME-02 Transmitter" TX Modem Config Unavailable

The TX modem configs for MCS are not available in L3 at ME-02

I am having trouble replicating this one @Jonasj2001 . Can you clarify what you meant by "MCS" just so there is no ambiguity.

I found two semi-related bugs:

1. Typing an invalid frequency shows an error, but it doesn't clear when you fix the issue.
2. Transmitting doesn't update the status bar which can be misleading since it already said "Ready"

Both of those have been fixed.

Sorry for not clarifying further:

MCS - Modulation and Coding Scheme.

In the message from Charlie and the Checklist, the user is told to use QPSK 3/4, however, there are no configuration options in the TX modem for MCS. This could be confusing for new students.
