Give the user an explicit location to write notes/log entries. This should sync with supabase and be organized by scenario. All log entries should be viewable from any scenario.

I would prefer to carve out the layers for a co-pilot, no AI at this point, that includes persistent operator note-taking with timestamps. It would be smarter to look at the UI and determine if this can just be added to an existing interface element as a temporary measure.
