Customer reports intermittent service degradation on TIDEMARK-1. You have 15 minutes to identify and resolve interference before SLA penalties start. Charlie is busy and mostly unavailable.

- Analyze interference type, frequency, power
- Implement mitigation (filter, coordination, pointing)
- Restore C/N ratio within time limit
