5 May Baseline Pushed to Heroku

@bigbpete started working on the login page (still working). We got Heroku fixed, there was a node memory issue.

@shaneaskins worked on the instructor page

Web Sockets are setup for the transmitters. When you transmit, everyone else connected to the server will get pushed an update.

I created a global called window.sewApp to manage the rfEnvironment. All 4 specAs now reference this environment instead of being independent of each other.

Grid layout now scales a little better for smaller screens.

Receivers and SpecA's now care about which antenna you are using and if it is pointed at a relevant target.

Broke the environmental variables that allow Heroku to find the backend. Page loads but can't find the server for the websockets or API
