First I can't tell if the module does refunds or not assuming it does. If it doesn't for sure let's note that somewhere and add it to the enhancement category.
I did some live testing with PayPal. Accepting payments works good. Refunding doesn't seem to work. I can do the return process in th the BO fine. I never get a notice from Paypal or thirty bees the refund when through. I will be glad to help figure this out and test. Just let me know what I can do to help. I also tried the PS paypal module as well as some suggested but it wouldn't even accept a payment.
