Category: Menu thumbnails

Currently, the handling of displayBackOfficeCategory hook and the ability to add a thumbnails menu is implemented by the "blockcategories" module, which makes no sense, as this module is completely unrelated to the thumbnails menu.
I propose to move the handling of this hook to "blocktopmenu" module.
