Block top menu- Tablets

Block top menu: (Niara)
On a tablet, tapping on a top category which has subcategories .... goes nowhere. (fine for a top category without subcategories)

On a PC or phone, it correctly loads the top category content plus subcategory, but on a tablet it goes nowhere.

Also the subcategory text is not correctly responsive on a tablet.
