Add missing Twitter/LinkedIn card meta data for front page #44
Description
The front page of the website does not seem to have the Twitter/LinkedIn meta property items in the <head> of the page.
Moreover, it looks like we still pass author information as a parameter to the open_graph_headers include for notes, articles and talks. Where the include infers that information from the page.
