Alternative way to initialized sub-compartments #43
Description
In case you have "I -> R" = d_gamma(3, 2) and then initialValues <- c(I = 1, ..., the first sub-compartment is initialized with 1 whereas the other sub-compartments are initialized with 0. Can we also consider an alternative where all the sub-compartment are initialized with values according to the targeted distribution?
