That's fragileness of fsv, even in original Unix version. Original author seems abandon this while still marked as beta.

This is a flaw in the fsv in Unix. But it only happens in certain folders and files. I tried it out in the AMD folder (C:\AMD) and it didn't crash once. I think that nothing bad happened, it's just a bug.
