Not creating files/dirs under _Organized except for "_5 Extra Software" and its contents

Okay, I turned off  arcade organziner ran update all and then turned it back on and it did set ORG_DIR which is okay as it then get sets to the default again which is what I wanted. but it is only creating "_5 Extra Software" and its contents. Continue to diagnose but I don't know Python and only navigating files with grep and vi...
