Sharing another source of the Brunei map data: https://nadi.bn/data-catalogues/iot/datasets/brunei-map/#overview

I haven't downloaded it nor looked at it closely, but I doubt there are any changes to what's available in this repo. The survey.gov.bn website has been updated and I don't think the methods here work anymore. See https://geoportal.survey.gov.bn/map

I myself am dreaming of getting house lots polygons. Seems available for download but have to pay.
