Binary Clock in OpenWest Badge 2017 dumps program

I built the binary clock Thursday. It worked fine most of the day, but dumped the flashing later in the day as the battery failed. I had it re-flashed on Friday and it worked through Sunday when it dumped the programming again. I wanted to use it for a demonstration Thursday at the Governors Native American Conference. Is there a way to have it re-flashed or get the instructions on building a programmer and obtain the image to download?
