Remove BOWLBY_CONTEXT_PATH argument

We added the `-c`/`--context`/`BOWLBY_CONTEXT_PATH` parameter when we realised that the redirect scheme didn't work when bowlby was being proxied by a webserver, but now I'm thinking it wasn't really necessary.

Instead of issuing redirects to absolute paths, can we do everything we need with relative paths?
