Setup the initial framework for modeling project booms thruster using existing JSBSim framework.
1.) Identify a good example engine from JSBSim engine library to start from (e.g: Olympus593Mrk610.xml)
2.) Need two version of the engine
1.) Full Engine Model
2.) Constant Thrust Model
3.) Create a list of parameters required from the propulsion team
