Passing multi-page PDF as image source results in undecipherable thumbnail

When passing a multi-page PDF as image source, its individual pages get mangled into a single, undecipherable thumbnail.
This started happening after upgrading to Glide 3.0.1. A downgrade to 2.3.2 resolved the issue.
