Not sure why, but on quite a few of my zips I get a " An error occurred while downloading the file: A UTF-8 locale is required. Got ANSI_X3.4-1968 " This is bypassed and works fine by doing a unzip -j /ziplocation -d /content/dataset and going directly to caption cell.

Any chance you could provide a link to a zip file that exhibits this behavior?

Unfortunately they are private datasets that are 10gb+ and on my gdrive. I seem to have a problem with really big files the most, but I will keep an eye out for a smaller zip that exhibits problem I can publicly link.
