`--nounixsocket` not available on Windows

The following options added by default by mongobox are problematic:

• --nounixsocket is not supported on Windows,
• --smallfiles option was removed in MongoDB 4.2, (addressed in Updates for 4.2 #17),
• --noprealloc option was removed in MongoDB 4.2 (addressed in Updates for 4.2 #17).
• --nojournal option was removed in MongoDB 6.1.
