Pizza teardown script isn't deleting DNS Records

• The teardown script isn't deleting the DNS Records
• Vultr seems to return 200 but the records are still there
• Seems to happen both for the automatic (on PR close) workflow and for the manual workflow (so possibly a bug in https://github.com/theopensystemslab/vultr-action/ ?)
