Customize csv fetch form

Similar to iCloud fetch form, summarised in commit on 13/09/2021, around 1am. Now must:

• Add events to buttons
  • Load and append data from iCloud instantaneously
  • Visualise data allow
    • matplotlib visualizations first, then embed into PyQt window
