mkLogic - an eQuestionnaire Application

Purpose of this project is to create an all-round, business deployable eQuestionnaire and survey system

THIS IS A WORK-IN-PROGRESS! - a number of features isn't implemented yet

Major features:
- built using exclusively open-source software/free software
- presentation is entirely based on web technologies - available to basically every user of the Internet
- editting platform incorporates WYSIWYG interface for creating, editting and deploying questionnaires
- advanced statistics and output:
	- dynamic creation of tables, graphs, summaries, etc. for questionnaires
	- export to spreadsheet formats (MS Excel, OO.org Calc)
- constraint based validation and filtering schemes
- support for piping, quota matching and randomizing of answers
