Can't fine vala cmake package

I tried to install psnotes under gentoo, but it can't find something like FindVala.cmake (neither cmake, nor vala on my package don't ship cmake file).

Some other projects include it in sources, among with others:

(this one is what i tried yet to package too, and it builds ok)

I just placed all cmake dir from nasc project into psnotes dir, and FindVala.cmake is now loaded.
There is set of elementary os cmake modules, appart vala, which seems to go as package.
(gsettings module gives options GSETTINGS_COMPILE and GSETTINGS_LOCALINSTALL).

That second problem, about recursive make rules, was caused by this line:

vala_precompile(VALA_C ${EXEC_NAME}

where EXEC_NAME should not be used
After EXEC_NAME is commented form this line, all builds OK.

Not related to this issue though.
