Description
This is a project by itself, but until it is properly addressed, this issue serves to introduce it.
We have to build a Personal Data Storage System that is secure, scalable and flexible. With flexible it means that it can allow users to share their data on various terms.
We may not need to build it, but we could outsource it to a PSD provider like Mydex.
