New tab achievements

Show TGD achievements whenever the user opens a new tab.

Consider the less intrusive option, for instance:

• show total money raised everytime
• showing latest project funded only if there has been a new project funded

Use as a reference Tab for a Cause (http://tab.gladly.io/) among others.
