OA error

I tried to enter yesterday the discussions about TheGoodData in the collaborate platform and I came across a bunch of errors. Firstly, The front page was shown and as I have no avatar in my profile,I proceeded to upload one. And right after my profile was updated, I was presented with this screen:

And every time I tried to load the front page the same screen was shown.

Then, I logged out via the webapp and logged in again. After that, I could see the front page and load the discussion topics if I clicked on their links from the front page but for instance, if I tried to go to products/ the same error screen showed up, and if I tried to go load products/discussion, the page was loaded with an empty discussions list.

Today I tried t record a screencast with all these because I find it hard to explain but this time to my surprise I couldn't load the front page no matter what I did. The screencast is here https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/286668/OA_error.flv

I couldn't find an explanation to these errors because they show up inconsistently. But besides this errors issue, there was the discussion list that was empty even though there are in fact discussions topics available.

Anyone has the same problems that I have??

I've been testing for a while today and cannot reproduce any of the issues, also cannot find logged error messages -which is maybe the worst thing... maybe the answer is in the server logs, I don't know...

• The only error I have found so far in the logs is related to file system/write permissions and though, it shouldn't produce such error on the browser, maybe it is somehow related. I've also noticed your avatar is not displaying so it seems there was something wrong with updating that

(Avatars are now handled by the webapp only, but there are some old ones in OA for previously created user accounts, only yours seems to be somehow broken).

** About your user account, there are only two atm that have the 'authenticated plus' user role, and one is yours so this is something to look into.

Anyway, I'll be doing a full update in the next days so maybe better we recheck after that... However if yo want to give it a try in the meanwhile, find me on skype and we can try to follow the errors in real time and see what's going on...

Maybe it was something related with the memory issues that Alex mentioned 4 days ago.
