Change link of extension options

Currently, when users right click on the extension and choose the "options" menu, they are redirected to a page used internally to change to preproduction environment.

We should create a page where they can change the options of the extension in terms of storing data, etc. Page could be similar to https://www.thegooddata.org/membership

At least we should disable this page in the next release until we have a working design for it.

I am actively using this when I need to switch the extension to use different APIs, local, pre or production. So okay we could disable it and I'll try to document how to do that switch manually from console.
