Doucment use of `aspect_ratio` for video figures

Idea being proposed

There is currently no documentation of the aspect_ratio figure attribute, only a couple mentions.

When displayed on the online page, video figures are set by default to a widescreen aspect ratio (16:9), this can be overridden with aspect_ratio: standard which will display the figure in a standard aspect ratio (4:3). It is also recommended that the poster image be cropped to the matching aspect ratio and used both in Quire, and uploaded and set as the poster image in Vimeo / YouTube.
