Add a post-install message

The foreman-installer has a post install message that instructs the user where to find the server, the username and password and what the next steps are.

@ehelms Leos implemented username/password -- is that sufficient for now or do we want to add hostname and next steps (which?)

In #225 I don't see a message that tells the user "Here is your Foreman URL with username and password". If the password was random then the user has no way of knowing it.

In our current installer we only display that on the first installation because they're initial credentials. I'd like to keep that.
