Less memory than expected when booting 1.3

For some reason it seems that we have a bit less memory than expected when booting 1.3
This can be observed when starting https://files.scene.org/get/parties/2024/gerp24/amiga_demo/amurderofscrolls_final.adf but it does work with a 2.0 rom which is a bit weird.

Also tracked loaded demos does seem to work fine.
