Losing controller overlay in Android

When using bezelproject windows.

On the preference tab i cannot locate the installation path from my phone (connected with usb) so i created a new map on my desktop as android output directory. After the download i placed the folder (config and overlays) to my android retroarch folder.

Somehow i lost my controls overlay on my android device when i boot a game. after installing the bezel project . Menu works fine, when i boot a game its gone.
Tried different cores / systems, problems stays...

After deleting the RetroArch/Config folder the control overlay's are back.
So i guess the created cfg files are missing a few lines.

Did you change the Retroarch pointers to the config and overlays directory like the readme instructed?
