Don't list tags as abbreviations

and so on.

This shouldn't happen.
What should happen?

1. !kernel
   -> The core of the Linux OS (or some suitable defn)?
   -> Abbreviations related to the core of the Linux OS?
2. !networking
   -> Abbreviations related to general computer networking.
