[ENH] Plotly as alternative plotting backend

Would be nice to have plotly as alternative backend for interactive visualisations.

@theOehrly I would like to work on this if there is interest.

Todos that I can see to match current matplotlib offerings:

• setup_plotly function including as close a plotly approximation as possible to current _enable_fastf1_color_scheme. Whatever is currently offered by Timple should be a separate project and users will need to handle timedelta objects.
• Expand get_driver_style to include some plotly kwargs, perhaps by adding a backend argument to the function.
• Same as above for add_sorted_driver_legend
