Qatar GP Live Timing and Pirelli Disagreement

While doing some corrections for the Qatar data, I noticed that Pirelli and live timing disagree on whether Alonso's last stint tyre is fresh or used. I don't think I have seen this before.

Onboard video from the pit stop suggests that they were used before, given that the surface is no longer shiny. The data says they were used with a total age of zero. Maybe it's an error, idk how that could be possible. Alonso ran them for 25 laps so they can't really have been used, given the 25 lap max tyre age rule.

I'd assume that the live timing replay works based on the "StartLaps" number instead of based on the "New" boolean. And Alonsos tyre was somehow used for less than one lap?
