Working with Xenium pathology images #19

I am working with a Xenium dataset n SPATA2. Unfortunately, I only have histological/pathology annotation in an image so I have been trying to scale and register it so I can trace them in your manual annnotation tool. I am having trouble finding the correct scaling factor to set for the image. Without it the image doesnt correctly overlay the surface plots. For now I have tried to compare the dimensions of the coordinates and of the image themselves but I am wondering if there is a better way.
