I was waiting for an update to the 2.8 API.
Looks like the stuff is in 2.8 now so It's just a matter of finding some time.
In the mean time the surface deform modifier works in some cases.

I mean update it for Blender 2.93 lts! i'm trying to install it but nothing happens

Is this broken for 3.0 and above? I can't even get it to appear in the addons menu after installing from zip.

In 3.2 the error messages are:
Warning: Add-on 'UVShape' was not upgraded for 2.80, ignoring
Warning: Add-on 'TextureHack' was not upgraded for 2.80, ignoring
If i change the version numbers to 2.80 we get:
RuntimeError: Error: Registering panel class: '3D Print Tools' has category 'Extended Tools
RuntimeError: Error: Registering panel class: 'drag_textures' has category 'Extended Tools'
I tried and got the same result in 2.82 without the 2.80 warnings.

Thanks, i poked at this a little more last night too, it will load if you leave the bl_category empty but there are more breaking api changes. shape_key_add requires a name parameter, active_texture_index and texture_slots have been removed, not exactly sure how to replace those latter two.
