Import forked repositories into independent ones

As a new contributor, I would like to see my contributions highlighted in my GitHub profile. Currently, the code-library-server and code-library-perms do not appear under my contributions due to being forked from a private repository. Therefore, we should create new repositories with the content imported from the aforementioned ones.

Something to consider while working on this task is which naming we would like to keep for new repositories. My suggestion is to have something shorter, as below:

• treedome/server instead of the-library-guild/code-library-server
• treedome/permissions or treedome/identity instead of the-library-guild/code-library-perms
• treedome/website instead of the-library-guild/code-library-app
