Setup deployment pipelines 

As a developer I would like to have my changes automatically deployed to our deployment platform (i.e. Vercel) after the pipeline succeeds.

## Acceptance Criteria

- New changes are deployed to Vercel after the pipeline succeeds.
- Changes are available at our official domain treedome.code.berlin.
