Details

• The current dependency tree includes a vulnerable version of webpack-dev-server -> https://security.snyk.io/package/npm/webpack-dev-server.
• Upgrading @rspack/cli and @rspack/core brings in an updated webpack-dev-server without the vulnerability.

Benefits

• Removes known security vulnerability from the development environment.
• Keeps dependencies up to date.

Notes

No breaking changes are expected.
