Seems like all function declarations should be marked as static for correct linking from multiple translation units.

I think the intention is to #include zip_file.h everywhere with MINIZ_HEADER_FILE_ONLY defined. Then in one source file #include it as a last include without this define to get the implementation. However it doesn't work due to some implementation parts of the zip_file.h are not guarded with that macro. I would also prefer to do the opposite e.g. define macro only for 1 implementation file as it is done with stb libraries.
