`vmp_prepare_dblptr_tmp_bytes` is missing

• vmp_prepare_contiguous needs scratch space whose the minimum size is given by rnx_vmp_prepare_contiguous_tmp_bytes.
• vmp_prepare_dblptr also needs scratch space, bu there is no method to get the minimum size.
