Improve SMT Generator

Clarification and motivation

1. The current entrypoint calls generated by the SMT.Common.Gen is too rigid and does not cover all the scenarios. We should find ways to improve this.

2. handleCallViaLigo should take msSource into account, by originate/call this contract which then call Basedao Ligo. msSource generated by SMT.Common.Gen should be different from msSender as well. More detail: [#281] Implement state machine tests #282 (comment)

Acceptance criteria

1. SMT.Common.Gen is updated according to the suggestion from above links.
2. handleCallViaLigo is updated according to the proposed solution in the discussion.
